I was purchasing a new home and called multiple Pool builders as I was pretty aware I had a defective Pool Andrew not only answered the call on the weekend very late in the afternoon but took the time to explain to me the issues and problems and how to rectify them and did not charge anything it is very rare to find someone that would give you five minutes on the phone these days so with that said Andrew went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend anyone else. He knowledge is next to nothing out of 12 Pool builders. I spoke to. he explained to me it was a simple fix and literally made my dayI was purchasing a new home and called multiple pool builders. I was quite aware that I had a defective pool. Andrew, not only answered the call on the weekend very late in the afternoon, but also took the time to explain the issues and problems, and how to rectify them. He didn’t charge anything, which is very rare these days. With that said, Andrew went above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend anyone else. Out of the 12 pool builders I spoke Andrew was the only one that helped me fix it with a simple fix handsdown very knowledgeable Pool builder

Andrew and his team has done a fantastic job for us . The whole project gone smooth and only delays we had was weather related. Every task was done professionally and to the highest standard. Whenever we had any questions Andrew was available to help and explain the issues. Even after finishing the project Andrew was always available to answer any queries we had . If in future we want to build a pool , Lap of Luxury would be our first option.
